Approximately 38,000 square foot (2,600 square meter) mixed-use, retail and residential, new build development over four parcels on the corner of Dolores & 5th Avenue, currently in the planning and design stage. Planning approval was received on August 9, 2023. We are now able to proceed to the next stage of the planning process.
