Carmel Beach Hotel, San Antonio Avenue, Carmel, CA
Complete restoration of the historic Carmel hotel, the newly completed luxury hotel offers 28 rooms on an on-site gym and spa facilities. The building, comprising of approximately 8,000 square feet, includes offices upstairs, commercial units and Esperanza Carmel’s office on the ground floor and a parking garage.
Hog’s Breath Building, San Carlos Street, Carmel, CA’
Purchased at the same time as the Eastwood Building, the approximately 6,300 square foot Hog’s Breath Building is home to the famous Hog’s Breath Inn restaurant, previously owned by Clint Eastwood. In addition, the building has three commercial units on San Carlos and a one bedroom apartment above.
Rocky Point, Hwy 1, Monterey CA
Located on Highway 1 between Carmel and Big Sur, Rocky Point enjoys one of the most spectacular views in the world. Plans for the site are in the development stage. Esperanza Carmel hopes to be in a position to present plan by the end of the year.
We are pleased to confirm that, although the restaurant is not currently operational, the property remains open to the public to enjoy the trails and spectacular views.
